Brand Audit
You fill in a short brief. We review your current creative, your goals, and your audience — then tell you what's working, what's broken, and whether we can fix it. If we're not the right fit, we say so here.
Day 0UGC Agency · Est. 2026
Done-for-you UGC. Delivered in 14 days.
Finished content, delivered in 14 days. We source the creator, write the brief, and handle production end to end — so you review once, and the work arrives cleared for paid media. One contact. Nothing to manage.
Brands we've worked with
Sound familiar
The content wasn't the problem. The process was.
You're chasing creators, rewriting briefs, and waiting on reshoots. That's a part-time job you didn't sign up for. It shouldn't be yours.
You sent a detailed brand guide and got something generic back. Most creators are guessing. The brief is the product — and nobody built one.
You're running the same creative while someone else is shipping variations. The gap compounds. That's the real cost of a slow process.
Most agencies hand you a password
and call it a deliverable.
We don't send you a login. We send you finished content. Creator selected, brief written, shoot managed, files delivered — 14 days from the moment you sign off. You know who's filming before you pay. You know what they're filming before they show up. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that in the audit, not after you've paid.
What we own
We take the whole process off your plate — from matching the right creator to delivering files your team can use on Monday.
We've placed brands with creators — and we'll tell you exactly why we'd pick yours. No casting lottery. Three real creators with real track records. You know who's filming before you pay a cent.
Not a marketplace
The brief is the product. We write a shot list your creator can actually execute, then manage the shoot so you don't have to. No reshoots from vague direction.
Full-service
Finished files, full usage rights, cleared for paid ads. You get more footage than your editor can use — not a folder of unusable selects.
Yours to keep
How it works
That's the contract, not the estimate. Here's what happens between your sign-off and your inbox.
"The brief is the product. No brief, no results — just expensive guesswork."
The team
Three creators. You see their work, their style, and why we'd pick them for your brand — before a single dollar moves.

Pricing
No hourly estimates. No surprise invoices. One rate covers the creator, the brief, production management, and full usage rights — delivered in 14 days.
Starter
$250 per video
For brands running their first UGC test. One creator, one angle — proof of concept before you scale.
Growth
$200 per video — vs. $250 at Starter
For brands actively scaling paid social. Three creator voices, nine variations — enough creative for the algorithm to find what converts.
Custom
For brands who've proven the channel and need a dedicated content engine — roster, calendar, strategy. Not a package. Infrastructure.
Every project is governed by a written service agreement. Your 14-day delivery window is contractual — not a target.
No hidden fees. No scope creep. If we don't deliver, your deposit is returned in full.
One contact from brief to delivery. You're not managing a freelancer or chasing a team. You're handing off a problem and receiving a solution.
Not sure which package fits? Request a brand audit — we'll tell you exactly what we'd recommend and why.

Questions
UGC is content filmed by a real person in real conditions — not a studio shoot, not a brand ad. It works because it looks like something a customer would share, not something a company would pay for. That distinction matters to the algorithm and to the person scrolling past your ad. Produced creative tells people about your product. UGC shows it being used in the real world.
50% deposit to reserve your spot and lock in your creator. The remaining 50% is due on delivery, once your files are in your hands. We don't ask for full payment upfront. Payment triggers on delivery — not your approval. That means you're not holding funds while you review, and we're not holding files while we chase invoices.
When you pay the deposit, we hold a creator for your project, block their calendar, and start building your brief. That work starts immediately. The deposit covers the reservation — not a promise to maybe begin. If we fail to deliver on our end, the deposit is refunded in full. That's in the contract.
14 days from the moment you sign off on the brief. Not from your first call, not from when payment clears — from brief approval. That date goes into the contract. Everything between brief sign-off and file delivery — creator coordination, product logistics, filming, editing — is handled by us.
The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to pause a project, we'll hold your credit for 60 days. If you cancel outright, the deposit stays with us — it covered the work already done. Cancel after production starts: 75% of the project fee is owed. Cancel after delivery: 100% is owed. All of this is documented before anything moves.
If the final delivery doesn't match the approved brief, we reshoot. That's the contract. If you change direction mid-project or ask for something outside the original brief, we'll quote the additional work separately. Two revision rounds are included within the original scope. The brief process is thorough upfront so that doesn't come up.
Full ownership transfers on final payment. We retain the right to use finished content in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing at booking. Standard coverage includes TikTok, Instagram, Meta paid placements, and YouTube. Need exclusivity? Flag it before the brief is signed.
Yes. Full usage rights are included in every package — paid social, organic, website, email. No licensing fees, no expiry window. A 30-second UGC clip in a Meta campaign regularly outperforms produced creative because it doesn't look like one. One strong piece can run six months or longer.
With a freelancer, you're the project manager — writing the brief, chasing the shoot, managing reshoots, hoping they deliver on time. Here, that's on us. You approve the brief, then you wait for files. That's it. Every engagement is covered by a written service agreement with payment terms, kill fees, and usage rights. Freelancers rarely put any of that in writing.
No retainer, no minimum. Every project is a single engagement. Most clients come back — but nothing is required. If you want consistent monthly volume at a fixed rate, a retainer is available, cancellable with 30 days' written notice. We'd rather earn the next month than contractually force it.
You'll receive a short onboarding form within 24 hours. Fill it in and we'll start the brand audit. Once you approve the brief — typically within 3–4 days — the 14-day clock starts. No pitch deck, no hard close. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you before you've spent anything.
Yes. Every creator in our roster has a portfolio we'll share during the audit. You'll see exactly what they've made for brands similar to yours before you approve anything. If none of the three are the right match for your product, we'd rather tell you that upfront than take your money and deliver content that misses.
If we miss the 14-day delivery window on a project where the brief was approved on time, you don't pay the final 50%. It's in the contract. We've never invoked that clause — but it's there because the guarantee means nothing without a consequence.
Before we discuss working together, we give you a clear read on your current content — no agenda, no softening. The conversation tells us whether Monarc is the right studio for this stage of your brand, and we'll be direct either way.
We decline more briefs than we accept.
